The Online Training Plans is a great choice for the person who likes to workout, but has a hectic busy schedule. These self workouts are 4-5 times a week and are carefully planned but you exercise on your own time. Nutritional and supplemental guidance are offered as well as weekly check-ins for progress.
Live online training can be brought to you at your home or gym! Training sessions are 45 minutes live with myself coaching you to another level of fitness. This is excellent for the person who is strapped down working from home. Additional workouts are given, nutritional and supplemental guidance, with weekly check-ins.
One-on-one Personal training is offered at the American Indoor Sports Gym in Carrollton, TX. Studio/gym usage fees are separate and can be changed at the facilities discretion.
One-on-one training is also available at home or business but must be within a 10 mile radius from the American Indoor Sports.
