The sparkling lemon water drink brings that refreshing coolness to hydrate you in the hot summer days. Simple to make and enjoyed with family or friends on that home patio.
Ingredients
16 ounces of Topo Chico Mineral Water (chilled in fridge)
1 large lemon (make sure lemon is not hard)
I tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
Handful of ice cubes
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Preparation
Put a handful of ice cubes into a 16 ounce glass, pour the Topo Chico water into the glass, cut the lemon in half and cut 4 thinly slices and use the other half and squeeze the rest into the drink and sprinkle the finely chopped mints into the beverage. You can add 1 teaspoon of honey to give sweetness as an option and use a straw, enjoy!;)

Tropical smoothie ingredients
🥭 1/2 cup fresh cut mango squares
🍌 1/2 small banana
🍍 1/3 cup of pineapple juice (chill)
🍋 1 tbsp of freshley squeezed lime juice
🧊 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a blender for one minute and serve.

2 grams of protein, 36 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber, 26 grams of sugar, 10% potassium, sodium 3 mgs.

Well, I decided to jump onto fall season by making a pumpkin spice protein smoothie! This is a great delicious smoothie and brings joy into that autumn season.
Prep is 5 minutes
1 banana
1/2 cup of geek vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1/4 cup of skim milk
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1 ice cube
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes and enjoy! Packs 12 grams of protein!
