I started training with Mike last year around September, of 2018. My goals, was to get in better shape and reduce my back and neck pains. I felt confident with Mike's extensive experience in physical rehab ensuring any training plan would be effective and safe.

I've been a client from Mike for several years and he has literally taken me from the couch to a 5k. I've always been "athletically challenged" and had tried working out on my own or by going to classes but never felt like I made any progress. I felt left behind or intimidated in classes and never had personal attention I needed to be successful. So, I just gave up. I have issues with my joints so it was serendipitous that I found Mike, because his background as a trainer and physical therapist assistant is the perfect combination for my situation. When I first started working out with Mike, I didn't think I'd be able to do the exercises that I can do today. Mike challenges me to make progress but is always supportive and encouraging. Mike cares about his clients and celebrates the title wins as well as the larger accomplishments.

It's been a year since I had my knee replacement & am very happy that I did the surgery. I worked with Mike, through my recovery period for several weeks, focusing on flexibility & strength training. Mike is great to work with, gives clear direction & explains what benefit the exercise will provide.

Mike is a great trainer and he takes you from where you are and guides you to reach your fitness goals. He does tailor the workouts to you specifically and encourages you along the way. I never tried to run before and my goal was to run a 5k. Mike trained and prepared me and we ran my first entire 5k and finished it in 35 minutes and felt great!

I began my training with Mike back in September of 2015 and it has been nothing short of amazing. Being very intimidated, Mike was very understanding. I had lost a large amount of weight
but had no shape or tone. That is quickly changing!
Mike customizes your workouts according to your goals, abilities, and comfort. He challenges you but never gives you anything that is beyond your capabilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

As a client, you want to feel comfortable and trust your trainer has your best interest in mind. Michael does just that, he takes a vested interest in improving you overall health. He plans each workout session, explains the process and teachers you the proper technique to accomplish the exercises. Michael tailors his approach to accommodate your pace and learning capabilities. He is definitely responsible, accountable, professional, and is a lot of fun and highly recommend him to anyone.

I started training with Mike back in Oct. of 2011. I had severe upper neck & foot issues. With his training & experience in physical therapy, he worked on correcting those issues and was able to do a 5k with my son and completed with no issues. I highly recommend him to my husband and friends!
